Tango.info is an extensive online resource about Tango related data. Among other data, there are over 9000 persons and over 100000 tracks on the platform (statistics).

  • TIWC is the musical work code, based on the ISWC. T0370000728
  • The ISWC is an international standard musical work code, which is defined in ISO 15707. See Wikipedia on ISWC and the international organization for standardization on ISO 15707.
  • The TINP is the "Tango Info Number for a Product" (i.e. a physical shellac), it is the product code, it has 14 digits. Example: 00743214129821
  • TINT is the internal recording number, a reference number for one side of a shellac, the track code. It is based on the TINP. Example: 00743214129821-1-14
